The Eastern Shore is a showcase of nature’s wonder providing endless opportunities for capturing stunning nature and wildlife images. From the wild ponies living in the marshes of Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge and Assateague National Seashore to the breathtaking sunrise and sunsets over the Chesapeake Bay. Situated between the Chesapeake Bay and the Atlantic Ocean we enjoy a front row seat to the beauty of this peninsula. As a photographer, I am challenged everyday to getting the perfect shot of a bird in flight, a heron fishing in the bay, or fox teaching their young “kits” to hunt and survive in the wild.
